A wrapping station

I feel very blessed that we have a forth bedroom that we call our "hobby room". About half is filled with Jeremy's hobby things, hunting and camping gear and the other half is my sewing area and way too many pieces of fabric.

There was an empty space on the wall that seemed like it need something. For years our wrapping supplies were in plastic bins, tucked in the coat closest. Although somewhat organized, you had to dig your way too it! Then it dawned on me, I could make a wrapping station on the empty wall. After all, we take the wrapping supplies to the "hobby room" anyway during the Christmas season to wrap in secret.

Here is my wrapping station. Very simple. I found the shelves at Target on clearance, the set of two for $17. I painted wooden dowels black to hang the wrapping paper and found jars and baskets around the house to hold other needed supplies. It is such a treat to have everything out in the open! No more digging!

Have a wonderful weekend...

We are off to the beach with our good friends. I am very much looking forward to a weekend of rest.
